IGP Namuhoranye said maintaining Rwanda’s safety and security requires collective responsibility, particularly from young people who constitute a significant part of the population.

This Delegation led by Deputy Permanent Secretary Ebrima Colley, the delegation was received by Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIGP) in charge of Administration and Personnel, DCG Jeanne Chantal Ujeneza.

The officers graduated on Friday, August 21, from the Korean National Police University in Asan City, Republic of Korea.

The agreement was signed in Seoul, Republic of Korea

The talks focused on strengthening police cooperation, particularly in capacity building, professional development, information sharing and combating transnational crime.
