Rwanda, Tanzania Police forces hold bilateral meeting

Rwanda National Police (RNP) and Tanzania Police Force (TPF) held a bilateral meeting in Kigali, on Tuesday September 7, which mainly forced on strengthening cooperation against cross-border crimes especially terrorism.

Visiting Tanzania Police Chief tours RNP facilities in Rubavu

The Inspector General of Police (IGP) for Tanzania Police Force (TPF), Gen. Simon Nyakoro Sirro, who was in Rwanda for a four-day bilateral visit, on Thursday, September 9, toured various Rwanda National Police (RNP) operational facilities in Rubavu District.

Police to open registration for driver's license tests next month

Rwanda National Police (RNP) announced that the registration and conducting provisional and practical tests for people aspiring to be drivers will start in October.

KIGALI: Man arrested over fraudulent registration of unvaccinated person

Rwanda National Police (RNP) arrested a man suspected of entering unvaccinated person into the database so as to get Covid-19 vaccination certificate.

KIGALI: Police arrest four people over fraud and forged documents

Rwanda National Police (RNP), on Monday, September 6, arrested four people in City of Kigali for allegedly conniving to create forged documents and unlawfully acquiring Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) medical services.

Those arrested include one Edouard Kwizera, the owner of Real Engineers Limited, who had created a list of ghost employees and facilitating them to access the RSSB medical insurance services.  Read more...
