Both teams held to an equal score to take the game to penalty shootout.
Police stopper was the saviour of the day as she saved one penalty despite one of her players also putting the ball wide.
Assistant Inspector of Police (AIP) Emeline Izabayo, Sgt. Sylvencie Uwanyirigira, Sgt. Rachel Byukusenge and PC Fericura Mukamurigo converted their penalties.
