Rwanda National Police (RNP) and the City of Kigali (CoK) would like to inform the general public that due to the ongoing 27th AU Summit in Kigali, the road stretching from Kanombe-Giporoso-Gisementi-Gishushu-Kimihurura-City Centre will be very busy this Friday 15, 2016.

Road users are, therefore, advised to use the following alternative routes;

Kanombe-Nyandungu-Kigali Parents-Kimironko/Mushumba Mwiza-Rwahama-Kibagabaga-Gacuriro-Utexrwa-Kinamba to City Centre, Nyabugogo or Poidslourd to Gikondo.

They can as well use Kanombe-Busanza-Kabeza-Niboye-Sonatube-Rwandex-Kanogo to Nyamirambo, City Centre or Kinamba, Kacyiru.

These alternative routes are meant to control the expected heavy traffic flow and minimize inconveniences to road users.
Police officers will be deployed along the road to facilitate and direct road users.

Road users will be updatedfrom time to time on any changes to facilitate easy traffic flow.
