Police in Kigali have arrested two people in connection with theft of equipment valued at $8, 000 from ROCO mining company.
The equipment which include metal bars and a laptop were stolen from the company site in Ruriba cell of Kigali Sector in Nyarugenge District, on Sunday at about 3:00 am.
