The Rwanda National Police (RNP) and the Korean National Police Agency (KNPA) on Thursday, August 20, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen bilateral cooperation in policing and public security.
The agreement was signed in Seoul, Republic of Korea, by the Inspector General of Police (IGP), CG Felix Namuhoranye, and the Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency, YOO Jae-Sung.
