Rwanda National Police

The Minister of internal security under the guidance of H.E The President of the Republic of Rwanda  and the Commander-in-chief  of Rwanda Security Forces , on 25th August 2015  Promoted  two thousand seven hundred and twenty two (2722) non-commissioned officers and Police Constables.
