Rwanda National Police (RNP) hosted a special dinner on Saturday, June 14, for 34 senior police officers, who are completing the 13th intake of the Police Senior Command and Staff Course (PSCSC) at the National Police College (NPC) in Musanze District.
The Police students from nine African countries will be graduating later this month after a year-long intensive academic programme, which offers a Master's in Peace Studies and Conflict Transformation.
The students are from Rwanda, Somalia, the Central African Republic, Malawi, Kenya, Lesotho, South Sudan, Namibia, and Botswana.

Inspector General of Police (IGP), CG Felix Namuhoranye commended the graduates for their dedication and commitment throughout the year-long programme.
“I congratulate you on successfully completing your studies,” IGP Namuhoranye said. "Continue to uphold the courage and dedication you have demonstrated here. Use the knowledge and skills you have gained to contribute meaningfully to peace, security, and sustainable development wherever you serve.”
He also extended his appreciation to the families of the graduates for their unwavering support, which played a vital role in the trainees’ success.
