Police officers operating in Kigali conducted a 'Special Umuganda' on April 5, and cleared shrubs in Kacyiru and a general cleaning inside the Rwanda National Police general headquarters.
Chief Supt. Fred Ndoli, the Commandant of the General Headquarters, shortly after the community exercise, said body hygiene and sanitation in homes is critical factor for good health and development in general.
