Inspector of Police (IP) Angélique Abijuru called upon over 600 students of Ecole Sécondaire de Mukingi in Ruhango District to be patriotic Rwandans by taking part security and development initiatives.

Abijuru made the call while meeting the students at their school in Byimana sector on October 9. It was also attended by the school administration.

"The spirit of Rwandaness is essential in the country’s transformation.  You are the strength of the country and the country expects you to behave as one by refraining from illegal acts like drug abuse and focus on your studies,” she noted.

Sylvatore Niyigaba, the school head-teacher, lauded Police for the educative advice to guide the youth to a positive direction.
