Police out to enforce lighting in automobiles
Rwanda National Police (RNP), on Wednesday , August 9, rolled out an awareness to educate motorists on mandatory lighting, as part of the ongoing Gerayo Amahoro road safety campaign.

RUTSIRO: One arrested for sitting driving test for another person
Police in Rutsiro District have arrested a man, who attempted to sit for the provisional driving test for another person.
The 19-year old suspect was apprehended on Monday, August 7, at a site in Nduba Village, Congo-Nil Cell of Gihango Sector where provisional driving tests are being conducted.Read more
Police Volleyball Club wins KAVC international tournament
The Rwanda National Police (RNP) men Volleyball Club won the 2023 Kampala Amateur Volleyball Club (KAVC) tournament, which concluded on Sunday, August 6, at Lugogo in Kampala, Uganda.
Police VC beat Rukinzo VC of Burundi 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 25-13) in the finals to emerge champions at its maiden participation in the tournament, which brought together 24 teams (16 males and 14 female teams) from Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Burundi, Kenya and hosts, Uganda.Read more
