National Police College holds symposium on peace, security and justice
The ninth-edition of the two-day symposium on peace, security and justice started on Wednesday, July 6, at the National Police College (NPC) in Musanze District, organized for the 10th intake of the Police Senior Command and Staff Course (PSCSC).

Police recovers 19 computers stolen from school in Rwamagana
Rwanda National Police (RNP) recovered 19 laptops, which are part of those that were stolen from Groupe Scolaire Sovu in Kigabiro Sector, Rwamagana District.

BUGESERA: Stolen money and electronics recovered, suspect arrested
Police in Bugesera District, on Sunday, July 3, recovered money and assorted electronics, which were stolen from a resident in Gashora Cell of Gashora Sector.
Jean De la Croix Rukundo, 24, was arrested in Nyamata bus-park with a television screen, decoder and other accessories as well as money amounting to Frw96,000, which he allegedly stole from his employer, Jean Damascene Rugumire of Gashora, where he was working as a house-help, since last year. Five smugglers were arrested Tuesday, July 5, in Kirehe District with five bales of second-hand clothes commonly known as caguwa, which they had sneaked into Rwanda from Tanzania through porous border points.

RUBAVU: Police foils three suspected drug traffickers with over 7,000 pellets of cannabis
The ongoing Rwanda National Police (RNP) operations against narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances led to the arrest of three drug traffickers in Rubavu District, on Tuesday, July 5, with 7,120 rolls of cannabis.
