Over 200 youth volunteers complete course at Police Training School
At least 216 members of Rwanda Youth volunteers in Community Policing (RYVCP) from the Northern Province, on Wednesday, June 8, completed a week-long civic education course at the Police Training School (PTS) Gishari in Rwamagana District.
The training was officially closed by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dan Munyuza and the Governor of the Northern Province, Dancilla Nyirarugero. Read more...
RNP, youth volunteers construct over 223,000 organic gardens to fight malnutrition
Rwanda National Police (RNP) and Rwanda Youth Volunteers in Community Policing (RYVCP) built 223,104 organic gardens across the country in a campaign dedicated to promoting healthy diet and to fight malnutrition and stunting.
The month-long campaign supported by the National Child Development Agency (NCDA), which concluded this Monday, June 6, saw more than 100 organic gardens constructed in each of the 2148 cells across the country. Read more...

Two suspected drug dealers arrested in Rulindo
Two suspected drug traffickers were on Monday, June 5, arrested by the Anti-Narcotics unit in Rulindo District in possession of 18kgs of cannabis.
