Minister Ugirashebuja meets RNP leadership
On Wednesday, October 6, the Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Dr. Emmanuel Ugirashebuja visited Rwanda National Police (RNP) at the General Headquarters in Kacyiru where he held a meeting with the force's leadership.
The meeting was attended by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dan Munyuza, Deputy IGPs; Felix Namuhoranye of Operations and Jeanne Chantal Ujeneza of Administration and Personnel as well as heads of departments, units and RNP schools. Read more...
Operation ?Usalama VII? seize illicit goods worth over Rwf38 million
Rwanda National Police (RNP) and Rwanda Investigation Unit (RIB), in partnership with other institutions seized assorted illegal, substandard, expired and illicit goods from traders, worth over Frw38 million (38,465.8USD).
The goods were seized in the operations dubbed "Usalama VII" conducted between September 7 and October 1, across the country.

Driver's license tests to resume next week in Kigali
Provisional and practical driver's license tests will resume on Monday, October 11, for successful candidates, who registered in City of Kigali.

Auctioning of automobiles will follow Covid-19 prevention guidelines

More suspected thieves arrested in Kamonyi
Rwanda National Police (RNP), on Sunday, October 3, arrested more 27 people said to be connected to recent series of violent theft in Kamonyi District.
Nine of the suspected thieves were arrested in Ngamba Sector. RUSIZI: Man arrested for vandalizing fiber-optic cables
On Monday, October 4, Rwanda National Police (RNP) arrested a man in Rusizi District identified as Emmanuel Habimana, 23, for allegedly vandalizing fiber optic internet cables.
