Three suspected thieves arrested in Rubavu

Rwanda National Police (RNP) arrested three people in Rubavu District in connection with stealing money and other valuables from an Italian national.

Kadafi Manisure, 43, Justin Nkusi, 26 and Jean Paul Mugabo, 35, were arrested Saturday, March 12, in Murisanga Village, Kivumu Cell, Gisenyi Sector with Frw113,000, which is part of the money they stole from the Italian national.  Read more...
