Police Football Club has signed nine new players and released 13 others whose contracts either expired or their performance didn’t match the expectations of the club.

7. Emery Niyomubona (Right back) from Bugesera FC
8. Eric Ndoriyobica (Central defender) from Stand United FC—Tanzania
9. Emery Ntirushwa—recalled from a loan spell with Muhanga FC

Members of the coaching staff; Morris Nshimiyimana, who has been the interim coach, and Jean Claude Maniraguha (goalkeeper coach), have also left the Club.
Meanwhile, Francis Haringingo has been appointed as the new Head Coach for Police FC. Prior to his appointment, Haringingo was the Head Coach for Mukura Victory Sport.
Police FC Secretary General, Chief Inspector of Police (CIP) Maurice Karangwa, said: “The Club management is still searching to fill the vacant posts of Assistant Coach and Goalkeeper coach, and other weak positions in the team. The restructuring is meant to build a competitive team ahead of the new season. We wish those who have left the club all the best in their career.”
