Rwanda’s First Lady Her Excellency, Jeanette Kagame, yesterday Monday 28th October 2013, hosted her counterpart, Kenya’s First Lady Her Excellency Margaret Gakuo. They visited Kacyiru Police Hospital, which hosts Isange One Stop Center that supports victims of Gender Based Violence (GBV).  The center offers free medical, legal and counseling services to victims of GBV.
