At least 429 members of the District Administrative Security Support Organ (DASSO), on Friday, completed a three-week refresher security management training at the Police Training School (PTS) Gishari in Rwamagana District.

"Desist from inappropriate conduct and maintain collaboration with residents and local leaders to eliminate lawlesness," ACP Safari told the trainees.

He reiterated Rwanda National Police (RNP)'s support to improving their skills but challenged them to remain patriotic in all their endeavors.

ACP Safari reminded them of their responsibilities in crime prevention and the importance of timely information sharing to deter crimes and to apprehend suspects in accordance with their mandate.

Innocent Nzasingizimana, one of the trainees from Huye District , thanked RNP for re- equipping them with all the necessary skills.

He pledged to work with all  stakeholders to maintain law and order. Nzasingizimana noted that the refresher training has further energized them to improve their security services to the community.
