The Inspector General of Police Emmanuel K Gasana on Monday received, in his office, a delegation of Kenya and Zambia Police Forces, separately, which was in line with the strengthening of bilateral cooperation and exchange of best practices.

He said capacity building of the force is a key priority, which Rwanda National Police recognizes as fundamental in order for the force to be able to address some policing challenges.
