The ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to the Republic of Rwanda, Hazza Mohammed Falah Kharsan AlQahtani, on Wednesday, November 1, paid a courtesy call on the Inspector General of Police (IGP), CG Felix Namuhoranye, at the Rwanda National Police (RNP) General Headquarters, Kacyiru.
CG Namuhoranye and Amb. AlQahtani discussed matters of mutual interest in policing.
Discussions also focused on opening partnership channels in various areas, including capacity building and digital policing.
The Police Chief thanked Amb AlQahtani for the courtesy visit, adding that cooperation is inevitable in addressing contemporary security challenges.
Amb AlQahtani commended the role of the Rwanda National Police in making the country safer.
