The Department of Traffic and Road Safety wishes to inform the public that registration for driver's license test using Irembo will open on Monday 15th August 2016 at 8 am.

To apply using your Mobile phone dial *909#, send and follow the instructions.
You will then receive an ID bill that will allow you to pay through BK branches , MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or Tigo cash.

For those applying using internet, apply through www.irembo.gov.rw then pay online using your Visa card or MasterCard.

NB: All registrations have to be done individually and neither driving schools nor Irembo agents are allowed to register on behalf of applicants.

Applicants pay only for driving tests, registration is free-of-charge Charging any fee for registration is fraud and punishable.
