She added that this was also organized for them to acquire knowledge on how to prevent any practices that can cause fire tragedies.

On road safety, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rene Irere the spokesperson for the department of Traffic and Road Safety, reminded the children to always look both sides of the road before crossing, ensure there is no vehicle, motorcycle or bicycle coming from either direction.

He further encouraged them to always use Zebra Crossing, where they exist; not to sit in front seats and to avoid playing or putting the head and arms out when in a vehicle.
