Renewal definitive driving licence

Your definitive driving licence is valid for five (5) years. Rwanda National Police will send you a notice a month before expiration via SMS on conditional that your current personal details are updated.

Is Renewal fees applicable?

Yes. The licence renewal fee will be applied.
