The Rwanda National Police (RNP) this morning in Nyarutarama, Gasabo District arrested a Ugandan fugitive ShanitaNamuyimba aka "Bad Black"on suspicion of drug dealing and money laundering.

According to the Police Spokesperson, ACP Damas Gatare,

“MsShanitaNamuyimba has been living in Rwanda for two months now after arriving from Bangkok, Thailand in July 2013. She is wanted in Uganda for embezzlement of millions of dollars from her British ex-lover David Greenhalgh.

The Police Spokesperson confirmed that investigations are ongoing in collaboration with the Ugandan Police.
