Rwanda National Police

A Police Corporal, Felex Ntirenganya, with the Rwanda National Police, finished 4th in the last Sunday’s MTN Kigali Marathon race.

Ntirenganya clocked 1: 03: 19 after Alexis Nizeyimana, Felicien Muhitira and Hussein Habumugisha who settled for first, second and third position in a timeframe of 1:02:21, 1:02:38 and 1:03:06 respectively.

Ntirenganya he is guaranteed a spot in the national team which will represent Rwanda at the next year’s World Half Marathon Championship due in Denmark.
Ntirenganya is a veteran in the sport.  He started running in 1999 participating in different international completion.  He grabbed the second position during the Francophone games in 2009.

He also parted with a silver medal in Italy in 2010. Ntirenganya has also participated in the Jordan World Cross-country. He is thankful he has built his career while serving his country in the force.
